THE ROLE
As an Executive Search Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with senior candidates and clients
- Researching companies, markets, and industry trends to identify hiring opportunities
- Sourcing candidates through networking, headhunting, LinkedIn, and job boards
- Approaching candidates professionally via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Screening, assessing, and preparing candidates for client presentation
- Managing both candidate and client relationships throughout the process
- Coordinating interviews, feedback, negotiations, and offer management
- Aligning expectations to ensure a smooth hiring process
- Developing business development skills to win and retain clients
- Building your own specialist market and creating a “business within a business”
