Our client is a top Nottingham-based recruitment firm, specialising in construction, finance, legal, sales, and real estate. This role involves supporting recruitment efforts and matching candidates to client needs. No experience is required — full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed and grow in your recruitment career.

As an Executive Search Consultant in one of our core markets, you will be tasked with establishing and building relationships with new clients and placing talented candidates into new positions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting clients and candidates in both face-to-face and virtual environments - Many of our clients are based abroad (America, Europe etc.), so international travel is a strong possibility.
  • Negotiating terms and contracts with prospective clients - these companies can have annual revenues of over £5Bn+.
  • Interviewing and working closely with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them find their next long-term position.
  • Building cutting-edge databases to continue to position Imperium Global as a market leader in your specialist sector.

They operate a 100% organic growth model. All of the managers started as Executive Search Consultants as no Managers were hired externally. Many consultants become managers within 12 - 18 months. Through this method, a clear career progression pathway from entry level through to Managing Director has been developed. For those who evidence extremely high levels of performance, this can be achieved in under 5 years.
