Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Meeting clients and candidates in both face-to-face and virtual environments – Many of our clients are based abroad (America, Europe etc.), so international travel is a strong possibility. Negotiating terms and contracts with prospective clients – these companies can have annual revenues of over £5Bn+ Interviewing and working closely with C-Suite and Executive level candidates to help them find their next long-term position. Building cutting-edge databases to continue to position Imperium Global as a market leader in your specialist sector. They operate a 100% organic growth model. All of the managers started as Executive Search Consultants as no Managers were hired externally. Many consultants become managers within 12 – 18 months.
