You will have the freedom to develop your market and build trusted client relationships with high-growth companies in the US. As an Executive Search Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process from end-to-end, this will include:
- Building strong relationships with senior candidates and clients
- Researching companies, markets, and identifying potential gaps you could fill
- Sourcing candidates through networking, headhunting, and job boards
- Approaching candidates professionally by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Screening and preparing candidates to present to key clients
- Managing the process on both candidate and client side, to ensure all expectations are aligned
- Managing negotiations and handling the offer process to make the process as smooth as possible for all parties
- Mastering business development, where you will be responsible for attracting and retaining new clients, and creating your own ‘business within a business’
