As an Executive Search Consultant, you will:

  • Speak regularly with senior executives via phone or video calls.
  • Source, identify, and interview outstanding candidates for client roles.
  • Recommend tailored search solutions to address client requirements.
  • Manage the interview process: scheduling, gathering feedback, and conducting debriefings.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Build and maintain accurate candidate and client databases.
  • Negotiate business terms and contracts to ensure successful placements.

This is not a call center environment. Recruitment today is research-driven and consultative, emphasising thoughtful and strategic conversations over cold calls. You’ll engage daily with senior decision-makers, effectively advocating for your candidates, your clients, and yourself.
