The Opportunity

Seeking ambitious, driven graduates to join as Resourcers in a 180-style role, initially supporting existing mandates across high-demand verticals. You'll work closely under the guidance of a high-performing team lead, in an environment where high standards, long hours, and tangible results are part of the DNA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and engage candidates for live roles
  • Work on active job briefs with speed and accuracy
  • Support consultants and BD staff in fulfilling client needs
  • Contribute to a high-energy, performance-driven team culture

Progression Path

First 6 months: Focus on delivery/resourcing (180 role)

Post-6 months: Choose your path:

  • Continue within the Data Centres vertical
  • Progress into a 360 Recruitment/BD Consultant role
  • Long-term growth may include leadership, equity.
