Are you confident, resilient, and comfortable communicating with people at all levels of a business? Following a record-breaking year, we’re expanding our internal Analyst function and are looking for a Year in Industry Business Analyst to join our wider group. Based in the heart of Leeds city centre, you’ll join a fast-growing, multi-functional organisation that prides itself on supporting both its people and its clients.

Working across 10 growing businesses spanning two continents, you’ll play a key role in monitoring, interpreting and transforming data into meaningful insights that support decision-making across the group. If you enjoy working with Excel, building reports, and turning raw data into something impactful, this is a role where you can make a real difference.

This role is central to ensuring we maximise the value of those systems by providing actionable insights that drive performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyse consultant activity across multiple CRM platforms to identify training needs and performance opportunities
  • Process, cleanse and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Produce performance reports for senior leadership using Excel and Power BI
  • Support research into new systems and tools to improve efficiency across the group
  • Build and maintain data models to track business performance
  • Analyse trends and present findings to stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to support future growth opportunities

What we’re looking for

  • Currently studying a Bachelor’s degree and seeking a placement between 2nd and final year (ideally including IT or Mathematics modules)
  • Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
  • Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment
