2025 Graduate Scheme – Leeds
It may seem premature but with the current job market, securing your graduate early on is a must!
We have 40 vacancies on our 2025 graduate recruitment scheme with intakes in March, July and September. We are the original hirers of graduate level talent in the city and have a proven track record of setting early-stage professionals up for success.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing: Finding candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and events.
- Screening: Shortlisting candidates based on job criteria.
- Interviewing: Assessing skills and culture fit.
- Client Interaction: Understanding client needs.
- Relationship Building: Fostering trust with candidates and clients.
- Market Research: Staying updated on trends.
- Admin: Managing records and databases.
- Training: Learning recruitment and sales.
- Sales Skills: Persuasion and negotiation.
- Targets: Meeting recruitment goals.
This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure. We provide full training and only ever hire entry level talent so no experience at all is required.
