My Property Club is looking for a proactive and reliable
Experienced Lettings Administrator to join our team in Denton. You will manage the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in, supporting our team, tenants, landlords, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tenant referencing, credit, right to rent, and landlord checks.
- Manage tenancy applications, agreements, and compliance documentation.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, guarantors, contractors, and utility providers.
- Maintain accurate database records and manage property listings on portals.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general sales/lettings administrative support.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 12 months experience in a lettings or estate agency role ( Strict requirement
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end lettings and tenancy progression process.
