My Product Path is supporting an organisation at the start of a major, company-wide digital transformation, hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to play a key role in modernising and strengthening their IT estate. It's a hands-on, technically strong role where you'll help shape the future infrastructure landscape while keeping critical services stable, secure and performant.

What you'll be doing:
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain and optimise server, security, monitoring and backup environments
- Act as a 3rd line escalation point
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are consistently achieved
- Own documentation, monitoring and service continuity
- Work closely with 3rd party partners
- Recommend a strategic direction for infrastructure solutions
- Lead infrastructure projects (upgrades, migrations, new system implementations)
- Deliver scalable, secure and reliable solutions aligned to business goals
- Mentor and support junior engineers
- Promote best practice and professionalism
- Act as a trusted technical voice within the team
