My Product Path are recruiting for a Lead Product Manager role to join a growing SaaS company going through a transformation. This is not a “keep the lights on” product role. We’re looking for a commercially-minded Product Manager to identify where growth exists, validate it fast, and turn opportunity into scalable revenue across multiple SaaS product portfolios.
You’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Commercial, Strategy and Finance shaping how products grow, where the business expands next, and how revenue opportunities are turned into reality. From new market expansion and pricing strategy to portfolio growth initiatives and commercial optimisation, this role is about building the engine behind sustainable growth.
What You’ll Be Driving
- Growth & Market Expansion
- You’ll identify and evaluate growth opportunities across new markets and sectors, new customer segments, product extensions and adjacent opportunities, and commercial and pricing model evolution.
- You’ll assess market viability, competitor positioning, routes to market, and commercial potential helping the business make smarter, faster growth decisions.
- Portfolio Growth Strategy
- Working across multiple product portfolios, you’ll partner with Product leaders to shape and prioritise strategic growth initiatives, identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, improve product positioning and commercial performance, and ensure product investment aligns with business growth goals.
- Pricing, Packaging & Commercial Optimisation
- You’ll lead the evolution of pricing and packaging strategies across the portfolio, helping create clearer product structures, scalable commercial models, better monetisation opportunities, and stronger alignment between customer value and revenue growth.
- You’ll work closely with Product, Sales and Finance to ensure commercial decisions are data-informed, scalable and profitable.
- Commercial & Product Leadership
- This role goes beyond strategy decks. You’ll influence how teams think, prioritise and execute helping embed stronger product management practices, clearer commercial thinking and better ways of working across the organisation.
- You’ll challenge assumptions, improve decision-making frameworks and help teams focus on what actually drives growth.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience within SaaS or commercial software environments
- Proven Product Management experience
- Experience working across multiple products or portfolios
- Strong commercial acumen with pricing experience along with profitability and growth strategy
- Someone comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing clarity to complex problems
- A strategic thinker who can also execute
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience turning market, customer and financial insight into action
- Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who combines product thinking with commercial instinct. Someone who sees growth opportunities others miss and knows how to turn them into outcomes.
