About the role

Within our Relationships team, the Client Relationship Consultant provides high-quality, client-centered service.

What you’ll do

  • Connect with clients via phone to understand their needs
  • Process invoices and reimbursements according to our standards
  • Support disability service providers in presenting compliant invoices
  • Proactively work with providers to resolve client queries effectively

About you

You excel at delivering outstanding client service. Your strong communication, problem-solving skills, and empathetic approach help make a positive impact on clients and stakeholders.

To be our next Client Relationship Consultant, you’ll:

  • Have experience in administration, customer service, or a call centre role
  • Proven ability to build relationships
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Be able to multitask, including typing and talking simultaneously
  • Be driven to exceed targets
  • Thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment
  • Have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Check
  • Be kind, genuine, innovative, and inclusive
