About the role
Within our Relationships team, the Client Relationship Consultant provides high-quality, client-centered service.
What you’ll do
- Connect with clients via phone to understand their needs
- Process invoices and reimbursements according to our standards
- Support disability service providers in presenting compliant invoices
- Proactively work with providers to resolve client queries effectively
About you
You excel at delivering outstanding client service. Your strong communication, problem-solving skills, and empathetic approach help make a positive impact on clients and stakeholders.
To be our next Client Relationship Consultant, you’ll:
- Have experience in administration, customer service, or a call centre role
- Proven ability to build relationships
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Be able to multitask, including typing and talking simultaneously
- Be driven to exceed targets
- Thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment
- Have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and an NDIS Worker Check
- Be kind, genuine, innovative, and inclusive
