Naturelle Consumer Products Ltd is expanding, and we’re looking for a detail driven Management Trainee, to support our production and continuous improvement activities. This is a key role in a growing medical & pharmaceutical manufacturing environment — ideal for someone who wants to build a career in operations management. Our production volumes are increasing, our automation roadmap is accelerating, and we’re strengthening our compliance and supply chain processes. You’ll be joining at a moment of real momentum — where your work will directly shape efficiency and customer delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate daily operational workflows across production.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare operational performance reports.
  • Support continuous improvement projects (Lean, waste reduction, workflow optimisation).
  • Liaise with our warehouse Supervisor, to ensure on time deliveries.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy for compliance and audits.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory control.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Management with Operations or related field.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Confidence using Excel/Sheets for reporting.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
