We're currently hiring an Accounts Administrator (Maternity Cover).
Role: Maternity Cover (full-time) with potential for permanent position.
What You'll Bring: We are looking for a confident and organised Accounts Administrator. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and manage their workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Matching, checking, and processing purchase invoices within the accounts system.
- Responding to and resolving supplier queries.
- Providing additional administrative support as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths.
- IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience with accounting software and systems is desirable.
- Previous purchase ledger experience would be advantageous.
- Full training will be provided.
