We're currently hiring an Accounts Administrator (Maternity Cover).

Details:

  • Role: Maternity Cover (full-time) with potential for permanent position

What You'll Bring:

We are looking for a confident and organised Accounts Administrator. The successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and manage their workload effectively to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Matching, checking, and processing purchase invoices within the accounts system
  • Responding to and resolving supplier queries
  • Providing additional administrative support as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
  • IT literate, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience with accounting software and systems is desirable
  • Previous purchase ledger experience would be advantageous
  • Full training will be provided
