Overview
We are seeking a warm, caring Nursery Practitioner to join our team. We follow EYFS guidelines with high standards, prioritising children’s safety and happiness. How you nurture, play, and connect with the children is up to you — we trust you and your team to lead with heart.

Role: L3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner
Location: Station House, Moor Lane, Staines-upon-Thames, TW18 4BB
Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Salary: Starting from £28,000

What you'll be doing
- Leading joyful, activity-filled sessions guided by EYFS
- Keeping parents warmly in the loop with observations and next steps
- Making mealtimes a happy part of the day
- Bringing kindness and teamwork to everything you do
- Keeping safety and wellbeing at the centre of every day
What you'll need
- A full, relevant Level 3+ early years qualification
- GCSE Maths and English at Grade C / Level 5 or above
- Experience with children aged 3 months to 5 years
- Strong communication skills and a team-first spirit
