What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Passion and dedication to providing world class care to children
  • To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 2 or above (as well as your English GCSE or Level 2 functional skills)
  • Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years
  • Strong communication skills and a team player

What you will be asked to do:

  • Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus
  • Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework
  • Communicate with the parents – complete observations, maintain records & note next steps
  • Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Be a role model to the children and your fellow colleagues

Applicants will need to show they have the right to work in the United Kingdom and the successful candidate will be subject to a DBS, reference and social media checks.
