Our Room Leaders play a critical role in the successful operation of our world-class nursery. This role will focus on providing the very best care for our children and colleagues. We are looking for passionate, committed, energetic Room Leaders to be part of our opening team at our BRAND-NEW nursery in Sutton.

What you’ll need to succeed?
- Passion and dedication to providing world-class care to children
- To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above
- It is a requirement to have at least a level 5 (Grade C) in GCSE Maths and English
- Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years
- Prior experience as a Room Leader in a large-scale nursery setting
- Strong communication skills and a team player
What you will be asked to do:
- You are responsible for the day-to-day management of your own room, encouraging good practice and being a good role model
- Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their well-being at the centre of focus
- Promote positive working relationships with the parents and colleagues within your room
- You are responsible for supporting your colleagues in ensuring that they are completing planning, milestones and observations to the highest standards
- Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework
- Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
