Your Role

As a Nursery Manager, you will:

  • Develop and lead the nursery team ensuring they are performing at their very best every day
  • Be responsible for colleague engagement, performance management and personal development, ensuring alignment with our company ethos and values
  • Oversee the curriculum implementation and alignment of the EYFS
  • Support with the financial side of operations including fee collection, invoicing, management of nursery budget
  • Lead the ongoing monitoring and analysis of nursery performance against KPIs
  • Build strong long-standing relationships with parents and carers to ensure they feel informed, valued and involved
  • Be a role model to all colleagues
