Your Role
As a Nursery Manager, you will:
- Develop and lead the nursery team ensuring they are performing at their very best every day
- Be responsible for colleague engagement, performance management and personal development, ensuring alignment with our company ethos and values
- Oversee the curriculum implementation and alignment of the EYFS
- Support with the financial side of operations including fee collection, invoicing, management of nursery budget
- Lead the ongoing monitoring and analysis of nursery performance against KPIs
- Build strong long-standing relationships with parents and carers to ensure they feel informed, valued and involved
- Be a role model to all colleagues
