Nursery Practitioner Role:
Our Nursery Practitioners play a critical role in the successful operation of our world‑class nursery. This role will be focused on providing the very best care for our children, ensuring their individual needs are met in a group setting.
What you will be asked to do:
- Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their well‑being at the centre of focus
- Adhere to all the rules, regulations, procedures and principles
- Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework
- Communicate with the parents – complete observations, maintain records & note next steps
- Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A passion and dedication to providing world‑class care to children
- To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above
- It is a requirement to have at least a level 5 (Grade C) in GCSE Maths and English
- Prior experience of working with children aged 3 months to 5 years
- Strong communication skills and a team player
