What you’ll need to succeed?
- Passion and dedication to providing world class care to children
- To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 2 or above (as well as your English GCSE or Level 2 functional skills)
- Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years
- Strong communication skills and a team player
What you will be asked to do:
- Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus
- Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework
- Communicate with the parents – complete observations, maintain records & note next steps
