Location: Gloucestershire College, Llanthony Road, GL2 5JQ

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary: Starting from £26,624 per year

About the Role

We are looking for passionate, committed, and diligent Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our Nursery in Gloucester. Our Nursery Practitioners play a critical role in the successful operation of our world-class nursery. This role is focused on providing the very best care for our children, ensuring their individual needs are met in a group setting.

What you will be asked to do:

  • Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus.
  • Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework.
  • Develop strong parent partnerships.
  • Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Adhere to all the rules, regulations, procedures, and principles.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • A passion and dedication to providing world-class care to children.
  • To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above.
  • A level 5 (Grade C) or above in GCSE or Functional Skills in Maths and English.
  • Prior experience of working with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
  • Strong communication skills and a brilliant team-player attitude.
