What you’ll need to succeed:
- Passion and dedication to providing world-class care to nursery-age children
- To hold a full and relevant nursery and early years qualification of Level 3 or above
- Prior experience of looking after children from 3 months to 5 years, ideally within a nursery environment
- Strong communication skills and a team player
What you will be asked to do:
- Provide the BEST nursery experience for all children, with safety and their well-being at the centre of focus
- Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework
- Communicate and engage with parents
- Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
- Adhere to all the rules, regulations, procedures and principles within a nursery setting
