Senior Nursery Practitioner
Job Title: Qualified Senior Nursery Practitioner
Location: Gerrards Cross (SL9 7QN)
Salary: ÂŁ30,000 + Performance Bonus
Hours: Full-time (40 hours)

What you will be doing (The Role):
- Lead with Excellence: Work as part of a close‑knit team to provide a safe, loving, and stimulating environment where children thrive.
- Be a Key Person: Take ownership of your own key worker group, maintaining high‑quality records, observations, and tailored “next steps” for every child.
- Drive the EYFS: Plan and deliver a fun, action‑packed programme of activities that brings the EYFS framework to life.
- Partner with Parents: Build trusting, professional relationships with families, keeping them updated and involved in their child’s journey.
- Culture & Mentorship: Act as a role model for junior colleagues, contributing to a positive, flexible, and collaborative work environment.
- Safety First: Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and cleanliness within your room.
- Mealtime Magic: Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience, ensuring all food safety regulations are met.

What you’ll need to succeed:
- A Level 3 Early Years qualification or above (Full and Relevant).
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/5 or above).
- Prior experience with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
