What you will be asked to do:
- Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus.
- Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities, following the EYFS framework.
- Develop strong parent partnerships.
- Provide an enhanced and positive mealtime experience.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Adhere to all the rules, regulations, procedures, and principles.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- A passion and dedication to providing world-class care to children.
- To hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 3 or above.
- A level 5 (Grade C) or above in GCSE or Functional Skills in Maths and English.
- Prior experience of working with children aged 3 months to 5 years.
- Strong communication skills and a brilliant team-player attitude.
