My Ohana is seeking a Head of Quality & Safeguarding to lead safeguarding across its growing group of nurseries and crèche settings. This senior role reports to the CEO and partners with the operations team to ensure high standards of EYFS practice and SEND provision.
You will work outside desk-based roles, visiting settings to coach teams, identify risks early and drive improvements, while supporting the organisation's growth and safeguarding culture.
