Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai & Europe for a Senior Yacht Charter Broker. The Senior Yacht Charter Broker will be responsible for managing high-net-worth client relationships, providing tailored yacht charter solutions, and negotiating contracts. The role involves sourcing yachts, building strong industry connections, analyzing market trends, and ensuring superior customer service to meet clients\' luxury expectations. Collaboration with the sales and management teams to close deals and achieve targets is also a key component of this position.
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the Boat, Yachting, and Marine Industry
- Strong background in Brokerage and contract negotiation skills
- Exceptional Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on addressing the needs of high-net-worth clients
- Proficiency in market analysis and relationship building within the yachting sector
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment
- Prior experience in a similar senior broker role is advantageous
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus
