We are looking for an ambitious Money Coach to help us build our holistic money coaching function from scratch as we expand our impact with users across the UK.

The role

As Money Coach, you will be our first hire specifically for holistic money coaching. You will help build the holistic coaching capability from the ground up, initially delivering all coaching sessions yourself whilst developing the processes and frameworks that will enable us to scale.

  • Coaching delivery and development: Deliver holistic money coaching sessions covering savings, pensions, protection, tax and broader financial goals, whilst iterating and refining the coaching process to maximise member confidence and product conversions.
  • Service innovation: Develop coaching frameworks, scripts and processes that can scale, identifying opportunities to leverage AI tooling and technology to enhance efficiency whilst maintaining the personalised approach that builds trust.
  • Product conversion: Guide users towards appropriate financial products based on their needs and goals, tracking conversion metrics and refining your approach to increase take‑up of our range of propositions.

The right person

  • Qualified Financial Professional with FCA‑regulated financial advice qualification (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent) and 2+ years' experience in financial advice or coaching.
  • Strong understanding of UK taxation, pensions and investments, insurance and financial planning principles.
  • Ability to engage audiences with experience in webinars, presentations and other consumer‑facing events.
  • Entrepreneurial self‑starter comfortable building a new user experience.
  • Track record of building client relationships and converting engagement into positive financial outcomes.
  • Natural process thinker who can develop scalable frameworks and coaching approaches from scratch.
  • Enthusiasm for leveraging AI and tooling to enhance coaching delivery and build efficient systems.
  • Exceptional communicator able to explain complex financial concepts in simple, engaging ways for diverse audiences.
