Pexpo Group is a fully registered online pharmacy and digital clinic operating in both the UK and the US. We combine expert clinical care with modern technology to make treatment safer, simpler, and more accessible. Across our brands, we provide online consultations, clinician approved treatment plans, and discreet delivery for a range of services including weight management, sexual health, and general wellbeing. Every patient journey begins with a clinical assessment to ensure treatment is appropriate, safe, and tailored to individual needs. Our portfolio includes My London Pharmacy, Farmeci, Lovely Meds, and Try Ageless, each serving distinct patient needs within a shared clinical and operational framework. Founded in 2020, we are a focused, high-impact team with ambitious growth plans.

This is an opportunity to join at a defining moment, with the autonomy to build, scale, and lead a marketing function that will directly shape the next stage of the Group’s growth.

Role Purpose

Own and scale the end to end marketing function across acquisition, retention, and brand. This role is accountable for marketing P&L, channel performance, attribution, and team delivery, building a high-performing, data led marketing engine that drives sustainable growth in a regulated pharmacy environment, with a strong focus on treatment plans, repeat purchase, and lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned to business objectives: GMV growth, margin optimisation, treatment plan retention, and long-term brand equity.
  • Own the marketing budget and full commercial performance across channels, with accountability for ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention, AOV, and conversion.
  • Set clear channel investment frameworks, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand and customer value.
  • Lead all acquisition channels including paid media, affiliates, and emerging growth levers, with a clear focus on efficiency and scalability.
  • Own retention and lifecycle marketing across CRM, email, treatment plans, and repeat purchase journeys.
  • Ensure acquisition, retention, and brand activity operate as a single, connected system rather than siloed channels.
  • Oversee the design and creative function, ensuring all output (paid ads, CRM, onsite assets) is high-quality, on-brand, compliant, and delivered at pace.
  • Translate trading and performance insights into clear creative direction that supports growth and conversion.
  • Maintain consistency of brand identity, tone of voice, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure robust analytics and attribution frameworks are in place, including cohort analysis, RFM, A/B testing, and incrementality.
  • Use data to drive decision-making, prioritisation, and continuous optimisation of spend and creative.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team with clear roles, ownership, and KPIs.
  • Establish strong operating rhythms, performance reviews, and accountability across channels and functions.
  • Ensure all marketing activity is fully compliant with pharmacy regulations, advertising standards, GDPR, and platform policies.
  • Work closely with clinical, operations, product, and tech teams to optimise the end-to-end customer journey from first touch to repeat delivery.
  • Act as the senior marketing voice to the leadership team, providing clear performance reporting, insights, and recommendations.
  • Identify and test new growth opportunities including influencers, affiliate extensions, new formats, and emerging channels.
  • Reduce inefficiency and waste in media spend, scaling what works and stopping what doesn’t.
  • Continuously raise the bar on execution, customer trust, and marketing effectiveness.
