Role Description
- Primary responsibilities include providing expert legal advice to clients in various practice areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing case files independently.
- The successful candidate will also collaborate with clients to understand their needs, offer tailored legal solutions, and maintain professional client relationships in line with MLS’s commitment to empathetic and practical support.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in one or more of the following areas of law: Employment Law, Family Law, Wills & Probate, Landlord-Tenant Law, or Debt Recovery.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills to provide clear, accessible, and empathetic legal advice.
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management and organisational skills while adhering to regulatory compliance standards.
- Detail-oriented approach with expertise in drafting legal documents and contracts.
- Proficiency in using legal practice management software and familiarity with modern legal workflows.
- Qualified solicitor with a current practicing certificate in England and Wales (at least 5 years PQE).
- Knowledge of both English and Welsh languages is advantageous but not essential.
