What will you be doing?
- Delivering high-quality, compassionate care and support tailored to each individual
- Assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and promoting independence
- Encouraging social inclusion, building relationships, and improving quality of life
- Providing cover during sickness, annual leave, and other periods of absence
- Driving our members in their own vehicles so they can access a range of meaningful activities.
- A compassionate, patient, and flexible approach to care
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A commitment to ensuring the best outcomes for those you support
- Confidence and a 'bring it on' attitude, ready to dive into hydrotherapy one day and conquer roller coasters at Alton Towers the next (and anything in between).
- Previous experience in supporting individuals with complex care needs, mental health, autism, and behaviours that challenge
- A valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle (as travel between various locations is essential)
