Role and responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Day to day tidiness of the office
- Preparing office for client meetings
- Greeting clients and visitors to the office
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Maintain contact lists
- Organise and schedule team meetings
- Scanning, shredding and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing post
- Updating back-office systems, and relevant business trackers
- Provide administrative support to advisers and other team members before and after client meetings
- Monitoring admin email inboxes
- Liaising with clients to request information/documents
- Liaising with providers and solicitors for updates
- Uploading and downloading documents to/from providers as needed
