- Manage freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages & transfer of equity files from instruction to completion.
- Handle all legal work independently with dedicated admin support.
- Provide clear, professional advice to clients and third parties.
- Ensure compliance with SRA/CLC and lender requirements.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Conveyancer / Solicitor / CILEX / Licensed Conveyancer (strong unqualified candidates considered).
