  • Provide clear, professional advice to clients and third parties.
  • Ensure compliance with SRA/CLC and lender requirements.
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Conveyancer / Solicitor / CILEX / Licensed Conveyancer (strong unqualified candidates considered).
