This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern and supportive organisation that provides high-quality outsourced paraplanning services to financial advisers across the UK. Due to continued growth and increasing demand, they are now looking to appoint a skilled Paraplanner who is looking to develop their career within a professional and progressive environment.
In this position, you will manage client cases from start to finish, supporting advisers with technical research, financial planning analysis, and detailed report writing. You will be involved in a broad range of financial planning areas including:
- Pensions and retirement planning
- Investment planning
- Protection planning
- Inheritance tax and estate planning
- Pension transfers
This is a technically focused role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidence managing complex financial planning cases.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing client cases from fact-find analysis through to suitability report completion
- Drafting detailed suitability reports across a range of financial advice areas
- Working within Intelliflo CRM to manage and track client cases
- Ensuring files meet compliance and regulatory standards
- Working with financial platforms including Aviva, Quilter, abrdn, Fidelity International, Transact, and AJ Bell
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential)
- Experience working within an independent financial advice environment (preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and retirement planning
- Confidence managing complex financial planning cases
