Due to continued growth and investment in the UK market, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Business Development Executive to play a key role in expanding their customer base and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

The Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships and increasing market share across the UK.
You'll work closely with both new and existing customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions from a high-quality product portfolio.
This is a consultative sales role where your ability to build trust, develop relationships and identify opportunities will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK.
- Build strong relationships with customers across multiple industries.
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
- Develop and implement regional business development strategies.
- Generate and qualify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal and international teams to ensure competitive pricing, product specifications and delivery expectations are met.
- Attend customer meetings, networking events, exhibitions and industry trade shows.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and emerging business opportunities.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys winning new business and building genuine long-term customer relationships. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience within Business Development, Field Sales or Account Management.
- A proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- The ability to manage your own diary and prioritise workload effectively.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
