Locum Ready is looking for a General Practitioner to support regional community health and primary care services across Cradley Heath. This role offers flexible sessional work across community-focused GP environments, ideal for GPs experienced in managing varied clinical presentations and supporting urgent patient demand.
Key Responsibilities
- Running autonomous GP clinics within community health and primary care settings
- Managing acute, chronic and minor illness presentations
- Supporting urgent care demand through telephone triage
- Prescribing safely in line with clinical policies
- Completing routine clinical actions including results, follow-ups and referrals
- Documenting clear and accurate digital notes
Requirements
- GMC-registered General Practitioner
- NHS Performers List
- Experience in community, urgent care or primary care services
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in varied environments
- Valid indemnity and Enhanced DBS clearance
Working Pattern
- Flexible sessional shifts
- Weekday, evening or weekend availability
- Ideal for both short-term and ongoing arrangements
