My Improvement Network has been developing dementia technology for the elderly since 2014 and is a leader in solutions for patients with complex needs such as dementia and mental health conditions. Our software RITA (Reminiscence Interactive Therapy Activities) is currently used in over 1000 hospitals and care homes and has contributed to reduced falls, specialling, and length of stay (LOS) while improving patient experience and reducing costs.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive located in Altrincham, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Executive will be primarily responsible for high quality lead generation, identifying new business opportunities and appointing high quality meetings. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting pipeline management and follow ups to close.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and a professional manner is a must
  • Proven track record of achieving lead generation targets
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in the healthcare or tech industry is a plus

Salary: Basic: £25K with an OTE of £35K Plus Performance/KPI bonuses to be confirmed
