We’re seeking a Practice Manager to lead both our clinical and administrative teams , driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and supporting the hospital’s strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic and admin operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Lead, manage, and support multi-disciplinary teams, including clinicians and administrative staff
- Drive improvements in clinical workflow, efficiency, and patient experience
- Support marketing and patient acquisition initiatives, including referral relationships
- Monitor and improve KPIs aligned with clinical quality and business performance
- Contribute to budget planning, cost control, and strategic development
- Ensure compliance with CQC and healthcare regulations
What We\’re Looking For
- Experience in a healthcare operations or practice management role (private sector preferred)
