Support Worker β Supported Living
We are looking for caring, reliable and motivated Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and complex needs.
You will provide person-centred support, promote independence and dignity, assist with daily living, follow care and support plans, and help individuals achieve their goals and enjoy life in their community.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.
- Support individuals with daily living and community activities.
- Promote independence, choice and dignity.
- Follow care plans, risk assessments and safeguarding procedures.
- Support with challenging behaviour using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
- Work as part of a supportive and professional team.
Hours:Full-time/Part-time
Location:Bristol
Experience: Previous care experience desirable but not essential; full training provided.
