This opportunity is ideal for anyone considering a career change. You don’t need previous instructing experience — just a professional attitude, good people skills and the willingness to learn. We’ll train you from the start and guide you all the way to becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).
Benefits- Excellent Earning Potential (£38/hour typical lesson rates) - Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, supporting strong income whether you work part-time or full-time. For example, working 32 hours per week can deliver earnings up to £39k per year, and those working 40hrs have the opportunity to reach £50,000+.
- Total Flexibility – You decide when you work: mornings, evenings, weekends, or a full-time diary. It’s a career that fits around your life.
- Local Work, Less Travel – Most instructors teach within 30 minutes of home, typically covering 6–8 postcodes, helping you maximise teaching time and reduce travel.
- Earn While You Train – After passing DVSA Part 2, you are able to apply for a trainee licence, allowing you to begin teaching and earning sooner while completing the final stage of qualification.
Our new Training Academy provides a structured route through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, combining:
- Flexible online learning for theory and preparation
- In-car coaching to build driving and teaching ability
