We'll train you from the start and guide you all the way to becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

  • Excellent Earning Potential: £38/hour typical lesson rates.
  • Lesson rates average: around £38 per hour, supporting strong income whether you work part-time or full-time.
  • Flexible working hours: You decide when you work — mornings, evenings, weekends, or a full-time diary.
  • Local Work, Less Travel: Most instructors teach within 30 minutes of home, typically covering 6–8 postcodes.
  • Trainee licence: After passing DVSA Part 2, you can apply for a trainee licence, allowing you to begin teaching and earning sooner.

New Training Academy – Full Support Built In: Our new Training Academy provides a structured route through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, combining:

  • Flexible online learning for theory and preparation

We can support you with access to dual-control car options through established providers, including new and nearly-new models such as Ford Puma, Renault Clio, MG3 and Vauxhall Corsa, subject to availability.

Training Fees Paid Back in Full: All instructors pay for training. Training fees can be paid back in full after you have worked with us for 1 year (ask for details).
