We'll train you from the start and guide you all the way to becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

  • Excellent Earning Potential: £38/hour typical lesson rates.

  • Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, supporting strong income whether you work part-time or full-time.
  • You decide when you work — mornings, evenings, weekends, or a full-time diary.
  • Local Work, Less Travel: Most instructors teach within 30 minutes of home, typically covering 6–8 postcodes, helping you maximise teaching time and reduce travel.
  • After passing DVSA Part 2, you are able to apply for a trainee licence, allowing you to begin teaching and earning sooner while completing the final stage of qualification.
  • New Training Academy – Full Support Built In: Our new Training Academy provides a structured route through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, combining:
    • Flexible online learning for theory and preparation
    • In-car coaching to build driving and teaching ability
    • Lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you succeed
  • We can support you with access to dual-control car options through established providers, including new and nearly-new models such as Ford Puma, Renault Clio, MG3 and Vauxhall Corsa, subject to availability.
  • You'll help learners gain independence, improve road safety, and experience the satisfaction of seeing students pass and succeed.
  • Training Fees Paid Back in Full: All instructors pay for training. Training fees can be paid back in full after you have worked with us for 1 year (ask for details).
  • Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
