We’ll train you from the start and guide you all the way to becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

  • Excellent Earning Potential: £38/hour typical lesson rates. Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, supporting strong income whether you work part-time or full-time. You decide when you work — mornings, evenings, weekends, or a full-time diary.
  • Local Work, Less Travel: Most instructors teach within 30 minutes of home, typically covering 6–8 postcodes, helping you maximise teaching time and reduce travel.
  • New Training Academy – Full Support Built In: Our new Training Academy provides a structured route through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, combining flexible online learning for theory and preparation, in-car coaching to build driving and teaching ability, lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you succeed.
  • Training Fees Paid Back in Full: All instructors pay for training. Training fees can be paid back in full after you have worked with us for 1 year (ask for details).
