Excellent Earning Potential (£38/hour typical lesson rates) Lesson rates average around £38 per hour, supporting strong income whether you work part-time or full-time.

You decide when you work — mornings, evenings, weekends, or a full-time diary.

Local Work, Less Travel Most instructors teach within 30 minutes of home, typically covering 6–8 postcodes, helping you maximise teaching time and reduce travel.

After passing DVSA Part 2, you are able to apply for a trainee licence, allowing you to begin teaching and earning sooner while completing the final stage of qualification.

New Training Academy – Full Support Built In Our new Training Academy provides a structured route through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, combining: Flexible online learning for theory and preparation In-car coaching to build driving and teaching ability Lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you succeed We can support you with access to dual-control car options through established providers, including new and nearly-new models such as Ford Puma, Renault Clio, MG3 and Vauxhall Corsa, subject to availability.
