🚀 What You’ll Do

You’ll wear many hats in this varied and hands-on role — no two days are the same.

• Support day-to-day business operations across customer service, supply chain, finance, and office management.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth fulfilment and on-time deliveries.
• Process invoices and purchase orders.
• Support project delivery and process improvement initiatives across departments.
• Track key metrics and help maintain accurate operational records.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to keep the business connected and efficient.

🙌 About You

You’ll thrive here if you’re curious, organised, and love variety.

• 1+ years’ experience in operations, administration, or business support (ideally in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce).
• A natural multitasker who’s comfortable switching gears and solving problems.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Confident using Excel, with bonus points for experience in tools like Shopify, Xero, or similar platforms.
• You take ownership, spot opportunities to improve processes, and enjoy getting stuck in.
