We are seeking a part-time Events Manager/Host to be the central point of our events, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and memorable experiences. This role involves welcoming attendees, coordinating event logistics, and fostering strong relationships with venues and clients.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting conference and event attendees while ensuring function rooms are set up before arrival.
- Managing on-the-day adjustments, including timing changes, check-ins, and multimedia coverage.
- Engaging with attendees to encourage networking.
- Liaising with partner venues.
- Taking event photos/videos.
- Providing excellent customer service across platforms.
This part-time position requires flexibility for varied shift patterns.
