Overview
We’re seeking a part-time Events Host to be the central point of our events; welcome guests, coordinate logistics, and ensure a smooth, memorable experience while building great relationships with venues and clients.

Responsibilities
- As an Events Host, you will be the face of our events, meeting and greeting conference and event attendees while ensuring function rooms are set up before arrival.
- Manage on-the-day adjustments, including timing changes, check-ins, and multimedia coverage.
- Engage with attendees to encourage networking, liaise with partner venues, take event photos/videos, and provide excellent customer service across platforms.
