My Delhi is coming to Leeds and we can’t wait. We’re opening our largest restaurant to date at Hepper House, marking the next chapter for the brand. With established sites in Newcastle, Sunderland and Leicester, this will be our flagship - a more considered, elevated version of what we do. We’re now looking for a Deputy General Manager to join the opening team.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Leading service and maintaining high standards across every shift
- Training, developing and motivating the team
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding
- Managing service flow, labour and daily operations
- Ensuring a strong and consistent guest experience
