Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in Greater Manchester. As an IVA Advisor Manager, you will oversee and manage a team of IVA advisors, ensuring performance targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct. Core responsibilities include supervising advisors, providing expert guidance on Debt solutions, monitoring compliance with industry regulations, conducting performance reviews, and assisting complex client cases as necessary. You will play a pivotal role in coaching, developing, and motivating the team to deliver effective and empathetic debt advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and management skills, particularly in team supervision and performance monitoring
- Expert knowledge of Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) and other debt solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coaching and client interactions
- Proficiency in compliance regulations and ethical practices within the financial services industry
- Ability to analyse and resolve complex debt cases with professionalism and care
- Experience in delivering empathetic and customer-focused financial guidance
- Familiarity with reporting tools and systems for tracking key performance indicators
- Relevant qualifications in financial services or equivalent experience; certifications in debt counseling are advantageous
