Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cheadle for an IVA Advisor. As an IVA Advisor, you will engage with clients to assess their financial situations, provide tailored advice on debt solutions, and guide them through the Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) process. You will handle inquiries, explain terms in a clear manner, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and provide ongoing support to clients throughout their financial recovery journey.
