We are expanding our community care services across Rhyl, Prestatyn and surrounding areas and are looking for dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our growing team.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide person‑centred care and support to adults in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, companionship and community access
  • Build meaningful relationships with people and help them achieve their personal goals
  • Promote independence, dignity and choice at all times
  • Work in a professional, reliable and compassionate manner

What you’ll need:

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own car – essential
  • Caring, reliable and patient nature
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to undertake training (including mandatory care training)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • DBS check (can be completed during recruitment)
  • Right to work in the UK
